NConvert 6.88 (XnView 2.36) 2016-May-01

NConvert 6.88 is out (2016-Apr-29 ... 2016-May-01). Win32 and DOS32LE packages are available and consistent.

Minimal test done, seems to work.

XnView v2.36 (LIBFORMAT v6.88) 04/29/2016:

     * FLIF format added

     * Multipage save doesn't use read settings
     * PCT crash - http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=33025
     * NConvert: -t start step for number in output name

"Formats.txt" doesn't mention FLIF format ... and I have no FLIF files to test.
