0.20 win32: Document files: Page scrolling broken

Reproduced in 0.84:

By default, key assignments for page navigation are missing:

Shift + Home: First Page
Shift + PgUp: Previous Page
Shift + PgDown: Next Page
Shift + End: Last Page

When assigning these shortcuts in the Settings | Interface | Shortcuts, "First Page" and "Last Page" will still not work.
