Setting maximum power state shouldn't affect the behaviour of Windows or any other application. Anyway, problem seems to be fixed.adan1 wrote:... I am so sorry, i think i found the reason.
Originally my laptop's CPU(Intel Core 2 Duo T9600) getting hot easily, so i set "Maximum processor state" 80% in Power Options after installed the Windows.
Then batch convert not work in this case. Now i recover the Maximum processor state to 100%, it works again finally.
