0.84: "Border line around picture" doesn't work

XnView: MP 0.84
OS: Windows 10 - 64bit

After activating "Border line around picture" there is no border line around the image.

Effect: Expected functionality not available

To reproduce:
1. In Tools > Settings | View | View activate "Border line around picture", choose a colour, and confirm new settings with "OK".
2. Open an image in Viewer.
Actual behaviour (bug): The image is displayed. There is no border line around the picture.

Expected behaviour: The image is displayed. There is a border line around the picture.
