0.84: No Drag&Drop to parent folder

XnView: MP 0.84
OS: Windows 10 - 64bit

Dragging & dropping files to parent folder does not work

Effect: Expected functionality not available

To reproduce:
1. In Tools > Settings | Browser > File list check [x] Visible for "Parent folders"
2. In XnView browser navigate to a folder which contains a JPG file
3. Drag the JPG file onto the parent folder and drop it.
Actual behaviour (bug): Nothing happens. Drag & Drop to parent folder is not supported.

Expected behaviour: File should be moved to parent folder.

Note:
This bug report describes a functionality that is missing in XnView MP. This functionality is available in XnView Classic, so I consider this as a bug.
