I think is just a question of terminology.
Custom refer to the "Exclude/Include" settings, is not clear enough because is the same term of the Custom in the "Sort by" section. Probably the function is right as is now, but just using terms more accurate:
Custom should becomes ->"As settings" or "As custom filter" or "As filtered"
All should becomes ->"All files in the folder" or "All files".
