The menu entry View » Hide titlebar should be renamed to View » Titlebar; both in Browser and Viewer.
Explanation:
In menu "View", there are various menu items to control the visibility of windows items, e.g. toolbar, and statusbar. The menus are View » Toolbar or View » Toolbar. View » Titlebar would be a consistent naming.
