I think this is a function frequently used by some people. e.g. when transcribing the picture to text, it is best to put the picture on top of the text editor. Now, we can access it only through option- interface - always on top, which is not very handy.
Hope for a more convenient way to change that setting. e.g. put it on top of the xnview window.
