Batch Rename panel suggestions

Some suggestions for the Batch Rename panel

- Resizable main thumbnail panel.
- Show thumbnails in the images list.
- Move to top/bottom buttons (similar to move up/down).
- Different colors for Old name, New name, Directort columns.
- Allow to skip processing files from the list (e.g. when auto-numbering)

I know this can be done prior when selecting the images, but sometimes it's easier to select-all and then skip some in the Rename dialog.
