Linux: Ubuntu 16.10 yakketi Yak and XnViewMP

Same issue on Xubuntu 16.10. Installs fine but doesn't run. Adding 16.04 packets worked for now (thanks krakatoa_pb).

Will XnViewMP be fixed to support 16.10?
