Show Categories under thumbnail

It seems as if the metadata has to be written to the files (Tools» Settings...» Metadata» IPTC & XMP» Keywords» Export DB Category to XMP Subject and IPTC Keyword) for the labels {IPTC:Keywords} + {IPTC:Category} to work.
