XNconvert v1.73 and error on start

Dear Programmer of XNconvert, I use the portable version XnConvert Version 1.73 - windows (Jun 17 2016) - Libformat version 6.90 on my O.S. WindowsXP sp3.
The program, on start, have an error popup like this:

"XNconvert.exe - Impossibile trovare punto di ingresso.
Impossibile trovare il punto di ingresso InitializeCriticalSectionEx della procedura nella libreria di collegamento dinamico KERNEL32.DLL"

I respond with OK and XNconvert start all OK.

For what?

Is possible debug this error?
