Capture screen: Automatic detect area of window

In "Screencast recorder" by Autodesk they have a great function that the software detects the size of dialogues / subwindows / parts of the screen. For example, if you move the mouse over a software window, it detects automatic the area beneath the mouse (of course depending of the design of the software):
a dialog / the drawing area / a side menu / the area of the icons / the status bar / the menu area / the entire software.

Is it possible to add this to the Screen capture?
