1.
Select a file. Add rating, colour or category to it.
Move the file into subfolder using menu "move to"
Check file, it has been moved together with rating, category etc.
Now remove rating in subfolder file and move the file back to original folder
Although rating has been removed, it shows up again in the upper folder.
Remove it again, move file again to sub folder: Rating does not show up in sub folder any more.
Problem seems to be that on moving, the database information gets transferred into subfolder but not deleted from upper folder. And on second move into subfolder it does not get updated anymore.
Solution can only be to delete database information on move.
I can't reproduce
2.
Select file and copy it into a subfolder.
Compare file dates. Original file shall have original file creation date. Copied file should have actual file creation date.
Move original file to sub folder where copy already exists
On duplicate warning select overwrite
Check file date.
Result is that it seems that file has not been overwritten. It shows actual file creation date instead of original one which is wrong. As I have moved the original file in to the folder and have selected to overwrite the copied file, the only remaining file must be the original file with original file name.
Double check with regular move: Move one file into a subfolder: Result is, file retains all its original file dates
Double check2: If I move and overwrite in Windows Explorer then Windows Explorer keeps correct file with correct original file dates.
So Problem seems to be that selection "overwrite" on duplicate warning does not really overwrite. Or for some reason does not handle move correctly so file date get wrong.
